Before contacting us

• Include the app version, build number, device model, and iOS or Android version.
• For gameplay bugs, include the fortress, mode, wave, and last action.
• For rewarded-ad issues, state whether the ad opened, completed, or closed without a reward.
• Never send passwords, payment details, or platform verification codes.

Current builds

Lumaweft 1.0 is available on the App Store and is being prepared for Google Play. The campaign remains playable offline without viewing an ad.

Account and data removal

Lumaweft does not create a separate developer account. Removing the app removes local progress. Game Center or Google Play Games information is managed through your platform account, and advertising privacy choices can be reviewed from the in-game settings.
